Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of 20% deposit.
Balance of payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
A good housekeeping bond of £100 must also be deposited. This will be returned in
full after your stay using the same method of payment, unless deductions are necessary
for damage, breakages, or extra cleaning.
When your dates have been confirmed you have the option of paying your deposit by
credit or debit card using Pay Palby clicking the‘Pay Now’ button below. You can
also use your pay pal account if you have one.
Please do not send any money until your dates have been confirmed.
When the booking is made direct with us and is cancelled within 6 weeks prior to
arrival we will refund 100% of the cost minus bank charges etc if the house is re-let.
If we cannot re-let the house we will refund 50% of the cost.
We recommend that Guests arrange suitable insurance to cover accident, medical, cancellation

There is a strict non smoking policy in the house, however there is a garden area
where you may smoke.
